We have now opened our virtual switchboard. For claims enquiries, please call 01908 830001 between the hours of 9am to 5pm. At present, we are unable to answer calls to direct dial lines as we are not yet back in our offices.

We have fewer people available to receive calls so please only use this phone line for urgent queries regarding new claims and payments. We are working to increase this capacity very shortly and appreciate your patience as we respond to calls as quickly as possible.
