By road: From the A5 Central Milton Keynes Exit
- Follow the signs to Milton Keynes
- Continue straight on at the large roundabout into Portway (H5)
- Turn left at the fifth roundabout onto Marlborough Street (V8)
- Continue straight across the next roundabout and take the second turn on the left into Sunrise Parkway
- Capital Drive is the first road on the right and Linford Wood House is immediately on the left
By road: From the M1
- Exit at Junction 14 and follow the signs to Milton Keynes
- At the first roundabout take the third exit onto Portway (H5)
- Continue straight on and at the fifth roundabout turn right into Marlborough Street (V8)
- Continue straight across the next roundabout and take the second turn on the left into Sunrise Parkway
- Capital Drive is the first road on the right and Linford Wood House is immediately on the left
