MIB will be making changes to the opening times of its Police Helpline (PHL) service, to ensure it continues to meet the requirements of roads policing during the Coronavirus Covid-19 outbreak, while protecting the well-being of employees.  

Looking after the well-being of employees is a priority and we have put measures in place to look after their needs and their families. As we have reduced resources and wish to continue providing the best possible service to policing, we have decided to reduce the hours of MIB’s Police Helpine.

Taking effect from Thursday 19 March 2020, the Police Helpline will operate from Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. This service will be under review as circumstances alter. Please do share this information with your colleagues and we will keep you updated of any further changes.
