We  previously communicated that Enterprise Insurance Company Plc has been declared insolvent. This update is to inform Enterprise customers and third parties that Claims Consulting Solutions Ltd (CCSL) are no longer handling Enterprise motor claims.

We have been advised by The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) that Gallagher Bassett has now taken over the handling of existing and new Enterprise claims, with immediate effect.   These claims continue to be funded by the FSCS, subject to its rules.   

The FSCS has advised that if anyone wishes to present a claim against Enterprise Insurance Company Plc, or discuss an existing claim, then they should send full claim details to:
