The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) has recognised MIB’s CEO contribution to the insurance industry.

The CII Public Interest Award for ‘Achievement’ is regarded as one of the top insurance industry accolades. It aims to recognise best practice within the industry of educating, informing, supporting and serving the public.

Sian Fisher, CEO of the CII, said: "These awards highlight ethical behaviour and the efforts made by the profession to champion customer focus and best practice.

“Ashton West OBE is recognised for embracing the spirit of these awards. He’s a constant champion of doing the right thing - from supporting the drive for rehabilitation to clamping down on uninsured driving.”

Ashton commented: “This award reflects on a great team here at MIB. I am very proud of our team and our achievements. We are constantly striving to reduce the impact of uninsured driving on our roads and make a difference to society.”
