On 22 July we communicated the fact that the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission had intervened in the operations of Enterprise Insurance Company PLC, which is now insolvent. /media-centre/news/2016/july/information-for-those-with-a-claim-against-enterprise-insurance-company-plc/

This means that Enterprise is now prohibited from making any payments unless previously authorised by the Commission.

MIB has been in contact with the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) to clarify the situation for those people who have a claim against an Enterprise policyholder. It has been confirmed that Claims Consulting Solutions Limited (CCSL) will continue to deal with Enterprise claims, which was its role prior to Enterprise becoming insolvent. The FSCS, the body responsible to protect policyholders in the event of insolvency, is working closely with the CCSL and the provisional liquidator to ensure the claims service continues as normal. 

The FSCS has advised that if anyone wishes to present a claim against Enterprise Insurance Company Plc then they should send full claim details to:
