If your company is an MIB Member but has not yet registered for Navigate, please contact your dedicated Customer Relationship Manager to discuss your access to Navigate. Get in touch with our engagement team.

Insurer members have been given access to Navigate during April 2024.
If you need access to Navigate please contact your company’s Navigate Organisation Administrator who will create your user account.

Not an MIB Member?
Before access to the MID as an insurer can be granted, your company will need to become a member of MIB. The Road Traffic Act 1988 makes it compulsory for providers of motor insurance to be members of MIB and contribute to funding the compensation of victims of accidents with uninsured or untraced drivers.
