Providing MIB services

MIB provides service delivery and project management resources to oversee the day to day running of the Portal, ensuring that important service levels are met and maintained, and that appropriate levels of support are provided to the user community.  In addition, communications support helps users stay informed and up to date with any developments affecting the Portal, while finance support keeps everything on track and on budget.
