CLAIMING AGAINST A FOREIGN REGISTERED VEHICLE

To progress your claim through the new claims system, please check and select that your accident meets all the following criteria and then begin your registration.

Direct Foreign vehicle

A claim needs to meet the following criteria:

The accident occurred within the UK including Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Gibraltar

You are claiming against a foreign registered vehicle

The vehicle's country of registration is known

Claims must meet all of the above criteria
