You can submit all your different claims electronically, so we no longer accept paper claim forms for claims against the untraced drivers agreement and the uninsured drivers agreement. 

To make a paperless claim, please select either: claiming against an uninsured driver, claiming against an untraced driver, accidents in the UK involving a foreign-registered vehicle or claims involving an accident abroad. You will need to register with us first so you can submit your claim.  Once your claim is submitted, you will receive an MIB reference number which you can use for all future communications with MIB for that claim. 

Please note, this process is only for claims submitted directly to MIB under these agreements, all other applications pursued by a legal organisation via the MOJ portal should continue via that channel.
