New Time To Supply reporting and associated Article 76 obligations.
30 September 2024
Navigate is now in BAU and we’ve worked to develop new TTS reporting for our members. As you know, in the past, a full TTS report was available to members shortly after month end. For those who wanted it, an additional mid-month position was provided but no formal reporting could be shared to support this.
The next A76 review date is 30 November 2024 and while the reporting will be available to all members across the reporting period of September, October and November, it has been agreed that the sanction-free period will be extended to the end of 2024.
There will be no sanctions for members who fail to achieve the A76 obligations at the 30 November review date.
The next review date will be March 2025, covering the Jan-March period. This additional settling-in period will allow members time to become familiar with the new reports and the new mechanism for collection, as well as allowing time for members to give us any feedback as these processes embed.
A76 obligations remain in place and our team will be closely monitoring the TTS reports. We'll proactively engage with any members that are struggling to achieve the A76 targets to support and offer guidance to help address any issues.
Introducing your new TTS report
One of the benefits of Navigate is it enables us to offer wider reporting capabilities. So, from early October, we’ll be rolling out month-end reporting beginning with the full month of September. We’ll enhance this by also providing mid-month reporting from mid-October - reporting across the first half of October. Reporting will focus on the two A76 areas that have associated sanctions – personal policy data (old MID1) and fleet and commercial policy data (old MID2 policy). Work to develop fleet and commercial vehicle TTS reporting will follow.
How do I access my report?
These reports will be available in the Navigate portal for customers to view mid-month and at month end. Access to the reports is, as you would expect, carefully controlled, so only those users with the ‘reporting’ role in the Navigate portal will be able to access them. Should you need this role but do not have it, please request this role from your Organisation Administrator.
We’re working towards the development of daily reporting options as a future next step to enhancing this capability – we’ll share more on this later in the year.
What does the TTS report show me?
The September reports will be available to access from the end of this week. When you access your report, you will notice we are only showing data from 1 September 2024 and so the first time a three-month TTS result will be reported is at the end of November. Your initial view will show both a market TTS result at the top and slightly further down, your own TTS result.
Please note that when the mid-October reports are released (around 17 October) the view you see will automatically overwrite the September report. This is because the report is being presented in the Navigate portal using Power BI Embedded. You can amend your view to look at your September report again by changing the date range filter on the right side of the page. You can also export the data to Excel should you wish to.
Additional filters on the right of the page allow members who have delegated authorities (DAs) supplying data on their behalf, to view the TTS performance by each DA. Select the DA, or multiple DAs in the drop down menu.
You can flip between personal policy and fleet data reports (where applicable) by using the toggles at the top of the page. A glossary is also provided so you can easily find a definition of each record type to see an explanation of the TTS calculations.
Further information
We're working on a more detailed User Guide which we’ll publish on our microsite shortly. In the meantime if you have any issues, questions or would like to share some feedback on the reports, please raise a ticket in the Navigate portal and select the ‘reporting’ category from the drop down list.
