We're counting down to Navigate Go Live to MID users on 29 April and we've just shared our latest newsletter with customers.

Our current focus is helping MID customers’ move to Navigate and our tireless team is offering extensive support to any organisation that needs it. 

Our four-month testing window to let customers connect and upload data to Navigate is closing shortly. And customers are also busy registering for the new platform.

We're hosting virtual, drop-in Q&A sessions for any customer who needs help ahead of testing and registration closing on 28 March.

We've also announced an update to MIAFTR delivery timeframes.

Given our shared focus to onboard MID to Navigate in April, it’s clear that customers need sufficient time after the MID transition to prepare for MIAFTR Go Live. 

And we also want to offer a comparable package of support to MIAFTR customers that we’ve provided to our MID customers.

We had hoped to Go Live for MIAFTR users later in Q2 but after a careful review of our delivery programme, the increased support for customers ahead of the MID Go Live and in response to customer feedback, MIAFTR will now launch in Navigate in September 2024.
