Read the latest news on our Navigate programme
30 July 2024
Our monthly newsletter has shared the very latest update from the Navigate programme.
Read it here.
It’s twelve weeks since Navigate launch and we’re continuing to make significant progress in resolving the outstanding post Go Live issues.
We’re grateful for the patience customers and users have continued to show as we work through our priorities in this ‘Fix Forward’ approach. There are still fixes to be made, but customers have shared that their confidence in Navigate has significantly improved.
As we move towards a Business As Usual (BAU) model for Navigate the team is reviewing learnings from the MID implementation to support the next phases of our programme planning.
In our last newsletter we explained our MIAFTR delivery plan will be shared later this year, after this extensive ‘lessons learnt’ review.
Having completed a programme review and a MID customer survey, we intend to conduct further customer and Board Member interviews over the coming weeks. Thanks to the small group of MIAFTR users who have volunteered to meet with our team to offer further individual insight.
We’ll present our findings and recommendations to the MIB Board in early September.
We’re also looking to incorporate new capabilities and services into Navigate and continuing to look at options for CUE.
