The MIB Board has recently considered next steps for the Navigate programme and approved the timeframe we proposed, after close collaboration with more than 90 customers, including MIB Board member organisations.

We’re pleased to confirm that we’re aiming to welcome MIAFTR users into Navigate in Q4 2025. Our planning assumption is to launch in late October, but we’ll continue to refine and finalise the timeline over the coming months. We’ll provide a further update by the end of February.

Clearly, significant change programmes like this deal with uncertainties. We’ll inform you promptly and openly of any changes should they arise. We’ll also work closely with all stakeholders to ensure that our proposed delivery timeframe continues to be achievable for everyone.

Webinars - sharing information every step of the way

The Navigate programme team was pleased to welcome more than 120 MIAFTR customers to our first Phase 2 webinar on 5 December 

Customers told us these virtual events were incredibly useful for Phase 1 so they’ll form a key part of our customer engagement plan for MIAFTR stakeholders going forward. 

At our first event for Phase 2 - Introduction to Navigate Phase 2 - our Chief Services Officer, James Dalton, shared a broad outline of the Navigate programme and explained why MIB is modernising our key data services in a phased approach. 

Programme Director Matt Runnacles then took attendees through the outline readiness roadmap and our Senior Customer Engagement Manager, Toni Jackson, shared her team’s approach to supporting customers in the months ahead. Guests were invited to ask any questions which were answered at the end of the session.
