We recently announced our re-evaluation of the timeframe to launch Navigate, our new, single data platform for MID and MIAFTR. 

Whilst further work is required to confirm revised Go-Live dates, initial discussions with stakeholders indicate that the scheduled delivery date for MID users to transition to Navigate in November 2023 poses significant challenges.  

Therefore, we have decided to defer Navigate’s launch until at least the beginning of 2024. 

We understand that stakeholders need clarity on new launch dates in order to allocate resources accordingly and we aim to confirm a revised project timetable and Go-Live dates after the MIB Board meets later this month. 

In the meantime, existing MID and MIAFTR services will remain available.  

We will review the timeframes for workstreams such as approving the Master Product Agreement and we have also paused the Customer Verification Testing activity while we do this.
