November Navigate update - read the latest news

Our new Navigate legal agreements will be issued by the end of November.

We were hoping to get these out in mid-November to all organisations that use MID and MIAFTR but we’ve been slightly delayed. At this time, the agreements are for review only so the short delay doesn't affect overall delivery. We apologise to customers who may have been expecting the agreements this week.

Organisations that use the MID, who’ll be first to move to Navigate, will accept these agreements during the registration process which opens early in 2024 so will still have plenty of time to review.

From 4 December we’ll be reopening connectivity testing for customers.

If you’ve already completed your connectivity testing, then you don’t need to repeat it.

Testing of API Enquiry and the submission of SFTP files will start in the New Year. We’ll let you know those dates in December.

We encourage customers to start testing at your earliest possible opportunity. But you might choose to do all of your testing in one go during Q1 2024.

We’ve got lots more engagement activity planned for the coming months including face-to-face opportunities for MID and MIAFTR customers.
