New technical support surgeries

MIB’s Navigate programme team is hosting a series of Technical Support Surgeries in June to help customers’ technical transition to the new platform.
The team has invited customers’ technical contacts responsible for managing their organisation’stechnical transition to Navigate to these surgeries.
Customers will have an opportunity to review the relevant technical specification and understand any changes they’ll need to make. Queries can be addressed with our Navigate Team at the seven technical support surgeries that will cover the different technical specifications.
The surgeries differ depending on the specifications, so if you think this is for you, please choose the surgery(s) relevant to your organisation from the dates below.
These virtual surgeries are designed to provide:

an introduction to the changes in the new specifications

a live Q&A session with MIB and Wipro, our technical partner

everything you need to get ready for testing, which opens in July.
We ask that customers attend these surgeries prepared with any technical questions they may have, as these surgeries are aimed at a technical audience and will not cover other aspects of the programme.
If you feel this would be useful for your organisation, please sign up, using the links below. Where there is more than one event with the same title this is simply to providea choice of dates. It's not necessary to attend more than one surgery unless required.
