Read our latest programme update

Since we shared our last programme update we have:

  • published MID technical specifications for Navigate API in relation to enquiry/personal/commercial on Anypoint - the platform we’re using to share all the technical information and guidance for customers.

  • hosted seven, well-attended technical surgery sessions to support customers with their technical questions. We’ve captured those Q&As and shared them in Anypoint.

  • opened the Customer Verification Testing (CVT) environment for API enquiry and MID 1 SFTP. Customers using MID2 will be invited to join from July 30 and CVT is available until the end of September.

  • created a new, dedicated page on our Microsite providing guidance and FAQs for data submission, enquiry and testing. The page will be updated regularly throughout the testing window to support customers with issues and defects.

  • issued the draft Navigate Master Product Agreement, along with new Terms, to legal teams at insurer organisations to review ahead of the Navigate registration process. Other organisation's agreements will be issued over the coming weeks and further details of the registration process will be shared shortly.

  • continued to develop Navigate functionality, user migration planning and connectivity with data recipients.

  • engaged with our enforcement partners and stakeholders.

And we're continuing to support customers’ readiness for Navigate

We’re confident in Navigate’s intuitive design and functionality but we're also creating a series of dedicated training guides to support all users with their transition.

These guides will enable the cascade of Navigate information more widely. We’ll publish them prior to Go Live and they’ll also be shared on our microsite.

We also plan to host a series of familiarisation events ahead of MID user transition in November.

Look out for your invite to our next virtual event that will include a preview of Navigate and more detailed information on the registration and user migration processes. We look forward to welcoming you.
