This week customers were sent the final agreements they’ll accept when they register to use Navigate ahead of its launch early in Q2 next year.  

These agreements have been carefully and thoughtfully created. We’re grateful to the many customers – representing a large share of the market – who’ve worked with us over the past year to draft them. Their invaluable feedback is reflected in the final documents and we thank everyone who was involved. 

The agreements are for review only at this stage. Every organisation that currently uses MID and MIAFTR will accept themwhen they register for Navigate in Q1 next year .Getting these final documents out to all customers well ahead of registration opening for MID users in January is a significant step on our Navigate delivery timeline.

We’re transforming our data services and replatforming MID and MIAFTR is a significant step in that journey. Navigate will initially be the new home for MID and MIAFTR with a unified portal for customers. However, it’s been built to accommodate our customers’ future data needs.
