What is it?
Organisation Registration is a simple process that all organisations who currently use MID and MIAFTR will need to complete before they can access Navigate.
Once organisations are registered with Navigate, individual users can then be added so they can use Navigate too.
Existing MID users were automatically added during the data migration process prior to Go Live in April 2024.
When did Organisation Registration for MID users close?
Organisation Registration closed on Wednesday, 10 April 2024.
Why did MID organisations register first?
Because MID data was migrated to Navigate in April 2024, organisations that used the MID were invited to register first.
Organisations that use both MID and MIAFTR only have to register once.
Organisations that only use MIAFTR will be invited to register for Navigate closer to the MIAFTR Go Live date.
What about individual users? When will they register?
Existing MID users were automatically added to Navigate during the data migration process prior to Go Live.
