Update: February 2025
115 MIAFTR organisations need to accept a new Navigate legal agreement before they can access Navigate. Thanks to all customers who have reviewed and accepted their new legal agreements so far.
There remain a few organisations that are yet to accept, and our Engagement team are here to make sure we have everyone over the line by the end of April.
Every MIAFTR customer has a dedicated Engagement Lead whose role is to provide support every step of the way to Go Live.
Do please email engagement@mib.org.uk if you haven’t already been in touch about accepting your legal agreement, or if you have any other questions or concerns.
The new Navigate legal agreements for all MIAFTR organisations that need to accept one have now been issued.
If you are an organisation that needs to sign an agreement this will be either:
the Navigate Master Product Agreement (Navigate MPA)
or
the Navigate Enquiry Agreement - for enquiry only organisations.
If you are a Data Recipient your organisation will sign a different agreement and our engagement team will be in contact shortly with more information about this.
Please be aware, the Navigate MPA was agreed following significant user member input review prior to the replatforming of the Motor Insurance Database (MID) to Navigate in April 2024.
Replatforming MIAFTR is the second stage of the Navigate programme and all MIAFTR users are required to accept the terms before they can use the Navigate at MIAFTR Go Live.
The MPA is a multipartite agreement and we cannot agree individual agreements terms with individual users. This is to ensure consistency across all customers and compliance with regulatory requirements.
