Our Navigate Engagement team is here to support customers with the next phase of our Navigate programme - replatforming MIAFTR in 2025.
Navigate is now live for all former MID users. We're now operating in a Business as Usual (BAU) status.
If you need to contact the Navigate BAU team you can raise a ticket in the Navigate portal using the Help button.
The Navigate programme team is working hard to finalise plans for MIAFTR's integration into Navigate.

We're working hard to prepare the MIAFTR delivery plan and we'll share timelines as soon as we can here.
