Our Navigate Engagement team is here to support customers with Phase 2 of our Navigate programme - replatforming MIAFTR in 2025.
Navigate is now live for all former MID users. We're now operating in a Business as Usual (BAU) status.
If you need to contact the Navigate BAU team you can raise a ticket in the Navigate portal using the Help button.
If you have a question about the MIAFTR replatforming, please email our engagement team at engagement@mib.org.uk.
